This Refrigeration Journeyperson position supports CIMCO’s industrial, process cooling, and recreational refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include customer maintenance, identifying upgrades, communicating required work, and participating in on-call coverage. The role requires industrial or commercial refrigeration experience, solid communication, and safety participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance within CIMCO’s customer base
- Identify potential upgrades and required customer maintenance
- Communicate recommendations to customers and account managers




- Work independently or within a team from mobile locations
- Participate in the year-round on-call rotation

Requirements:

- Hold a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License
- Or maintain third or fourth year apprenticeship registration
- Bring industrial or commercial refrigeration experience
- Maintain a driver’s license in good standing
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
