Lead UAT testing for the Empower Loan Origination System's implementation. Ensure compliance and operational readiness in this contract role focused on UAT leadership. The Empower LOS UAT Testing Lead will direct all User Acceptance Testing efforts, ensuring that the platform fulfills technical and business needs. Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage the UAT strategy across loan products
• Define UAT entry/exit criteria and resources
• Review and create detailed UAT test scenarios
• Coordinate test data preparation for UAT
• Oversee defect management and resolution tracking

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Software Quality Assurance
• At least 3 years as a UAT Manager or Tester
• Experience with Empower LOS is highly preferred
• Proficient in defect management tools like JIRA
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance testing Lead UAT processes in empowering financial solutions with your expertise.
