Community & Brand Engagement

- Monitor and respond thoughtfully to Google reviews and community feedback.
- Maintain seamless cross-channel communication and ensure brand alignment across all public touchpoints.

Copywriting & Content Creation

- Write, edit, and proofread original content in both French and English.
- Draft, assemble, and schedule bi-weekly and monthly newsletters and email blasts.

- Design visual assets, posters, and ad creative using Canva Pro.

Educational Background & Experience
