This technical estimating position supports sales and budgeting phases at WhiteWater. You will develop detailed project costs, review team work, and use multiple reporting mechanisms when information is limited. The work includes gap analysis, root cause analysis, documentation, and proposal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive estimates for waterslide and aquatic play projects
- Review team work using critical thinking and analytical skills
- Conduct gap and root cause analyses across commodities
- Prepare RFQ, scope, contract, and bid documentation




- Collaborate with designers and Architects within budget constraints

Requirements:

- Engineering or Project Management degree or relevant experience
- Construction or manufacturing estimating experience preferred
- Ability to interpret construction and engineering drawings
- Extensive Excel skills; Power Apps or Power BI advantageous
- English fluency and Canadian work eligibility required
