As Soft Services Supervisor, you will coordinate cleaning, catering, reception, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and other non-technical services. You will guide Site Facilities Teams across one or more sites while supporting effective service delivery. The position requires enhanced national security clearance before employment begins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily delivery of soft facilities management services
- Inspect sites and complete audits to maintain quality
- Manage and schedule the Periodic Task Programme
- Ensure services meet agreed standards and KPI parameters
