Recovery Alberta seeks a Manager with at least three years of recent Mental Health and Addiction clinical, supervisory, or leadership experience. You will oversee detoxification and bed-based addiction treatment programs, while supporting operational plans, strategic priorities, and continuous improvement. The role advances standardized practices and integrated services with provincial leaders, community organizations, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Northern Addictions Centre programs, staff, and daily operations
- Lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate facility services
- Recruit, onboard, train,



and manage staff performance
- Build partnerships supporting care pathways and client resources
- Manage budgets, expenditures, forecasting, and resource allocation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a health services discipline
- Three years of recent Mental Health and Addiction experience
- Leadership in recovery-oriented, client- and family-centred services
- Strength in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
- Financial and operational leadership experience, including budgeting
