This experienced Senior Estimator will lead preconstruction activities for an established employee-owned national general contractor. You will manage projects from early budgeting through tender submission, using hard-bid and design-build procurement. The work spans commercial, institutional, education, recreational facilities, retail, and other ICI developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
- Lead competitive hard-bid and design-build tenders
- Manage subcontractor pricing, scopes, and bid evaluations
- Produce conceptual budgets and preconstruction estimates




- Mentor junior estimating staff and coordinate preconstruction stakeholders

Requirements:

- Seven or more years estimating commercial or ICI construction projects
- Robust quantity take-off and cost planning experience
- Experience with hard-bid and design-build procurement
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
