As a Contract and Business Analysis Specialist, you will plan, procure, manage, and evaluate agreements supporting programs and services. You will apply procurement practices, contract administration, and business-analysis methods while working with program areas, service providers, and stakeholders. The work supports effective, compliant, and responsive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contracts and grants, monitoring performance and compliance
- Analyze financial and operational information, risks, and service gaps
- Lead or support procurement and service planning activities
- Develop evidence-based recommendations,



business cases, and service strategies
- Facilitate consultations and implement corrective actions when required

Requirements:

- University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years progressively responsible related experience
- Experience delivering services supporting Albertans or social services
- Strong analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and consultation skills
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy
