Shape a B2B SaaS product through roadmap ownership, AI tooling, and close engineering partnership in a remote-first, GTA-based company. This is the first dedicated product hire.

As Product Owner, you will manage the full product lifecycle for a platform serving higher education institutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, partner with Engineering, and align leaders across functions. The work spans discovery, prioritization, delivery, testing, release, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Manage needs identification through release and improvement
- Gather customer intelligence and define product requirements
- Coordinate Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Marketing




- Develop scalable workflows for documentation, testing, and readiness

Requirements:

- Hands-on B2B Product Owner experience
- Experience with highly technical, data-driven products
- Extensive business-to-technical requirements translation experience
- Product workflow design or Founder-led startup experience
- AI tooling, automation, vendor selection, and implementation experience
