Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner supporting both locations. This tactical, co-located role advises Superintendents, General Supervisors, and first line leaders. You will align HR priorities with business strategy while strengthening relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on human capital matters across mill operations
- Build productive relationships with employees and management
- Support consistent application of policies and procedures
- Manage training and development programs and assigned initiatives




- Maintain effective transactional HR services and talent pipelines

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum five years’ HR Business Partner experience
- Manufacturing or heavy industrial workplace experience
- Labour relations and collective agreement administration experience
- Organized, communicative, collaborative, and confidential
