As a Stage Technician, you will advise clients with diverse needs, experiences, and expectations. The work supports theatre productions and the Auditorium’s technical standards. You will develop theatrical technology plans and manage stage-related equipment maintenance and operations. Post-secondary Theatre Crafts education with extensive related experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise and consultation for theatre productions
- Prepare design plans for clients’ diverse production needs
- Develop theatrical technology planning for the facility




- Manage stage equipment maintenance and operations
- Maintain stage equipment and rigging

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Theatre Crafts and extensive related experience
- Experience with stage-crafts and all types of stage equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Vectorworks, and/or AutoCAD
- Robust written, oral communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
- Occasional evening and weekend availability; security screening required
