As Safety Supervisor, you will report to the Safety Manager and indirectly to the local Division Operations Manager. Work collaboratively across the organization to proactively manage safety programs and implement safety initiatives. Support employees, contractors, operational leaders, and clients through inspections, investigations, orientations, and training. The role serves Spectrum Resource Group, a division of Wright Canada Holdings Ltd., where safety is the number one value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and improve the company’s safety culture
- Conduct onsite training for forepersons and crews
- Inspect offices,



shops, and field sites
- Lead or support incident investigations and reporting
- Coordinate safety training and external qualifications

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience and safety program experience
- Minimum five years in industrial or natural resources settings
- Occupational health and safety post-secondary education
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work outdoors
