TEEMA in Vancouver seeks an experienced Senior Subcontracts Specialist to lead the full subcontract lifecycle for large-scale marine construction and complex capital projects. You will manage sourcing, bidding, awards, administration, supplier performance, and closeout, collaborating with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams.

The role begins onsite for the first three months, then transitions to a hybrid mode (4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week).
