Government of Yukon’s Community Nursing Branch seeks a Manager to lead teams serving northern communities. You will provide in-person and remote supervision while collaborating with leadership and First Nations partners. The work supports primary, emergency, and public health services through Yukon health centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams and empower employee decision making
- Provide in-person and remote staff coaching
- Manage employees and operational budget expenditures
- Maintain health centre programming and practice standards
- Create and sustain a healthy work environment

Requirements:

- Current Canadian nursing registration in good standing
- Rural, northern, advanced practice, or emergency nursing experience
- Supervisory or managerial primary or emergency care experience
- Operational budget monitoring and management experience
- Yukon licence, CPR C, WHMIS 2015, and required clearance
