Official Internal Job Title: Agency Consultant Status: Temporary (Durée déterminée) Job Description: Direction principale : Marque et communications marketing Le poste est temporaire du 1er novembre 2026 au 1er mars 2027 Pour ce poste est important : Comme conseiller(-ère) en communication marketing interne, tu assures une relation de confiance avec les clients et effectues une prise en charge de la réalisation du projet, de la prise de besoin jusqu'à la livraison. Ton dynamisme et ta capacité d'adaptation te permet de jouer un rôle pivot à l'organisation et au suivi de projets de marque et commercialisation soumis à l'agence interne.

Responsabilités

- Agir comme point de contact auprès des équipes de commercialisation et communication corporative pour les projets de moyenne à grande envergure à soumettre à l’agence
- Développer et maintenir une relation de confiance avec le client
- Comprendre de manière approfondie la réalité, les objectifs d’affaires et de communication du client
- Contribuer activement à l’établissement des stratégies de communication avec les conseillers de marque et les experts de l’agence
- Élaborer les échéanciers, suivre les budgets et participer (ou est responsable selon l’ampleur d’un projet) à la rédaction des briefs de création
- Assurer la prise en charge des projets publicitaires, numériques ou de design en collaboration étroite avec les équipes multidisciplinaires
- Assurer une coordination fluide entre les centres d’expertise internes ou externes pour l’arrimage de campagne et s’assure que toutes les composantes du plan soient livrées
- Évaluer, proposer des solutions ou résoudre les problèmes survenant en cours de projet




- Assurer la communication avec les clients, les équipes internes et les partenaires externes

Qualifications

- Baccalauréat en communication, marketing ou publicité
- Trois (3) ans d’expérience en agence de publicité, dont un minimum d’un an (1) dans un rôle de conseiller
- Fortes capacités relationnelles, être très orienté service clientèle
- Facilité à travailler sous pression avec de courts délais de multiples projets
- Maîtrise avancée de la langue française tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
