Apply technical agronomy expertise remotely across Alberta, delivering training and field validation for Federated Co-operatives Limited’s Ag Solutions team.

As a permanent full time Technical Agronomist, you will support Co-op Ag teams through agronomic training, technical guidance, and digital agriculture adoption. The work spans crop protection, seed, crop nutrition, private brand, specialty products, and AgZone FIELD, with regular territory travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver agronomic training virtually, in person, in print, and in field
- Align training with portfolio strategy and seasonal priorities
- Validate agronomy across crop and specialty product categories
- Support sales campaigns with accurate agronomic messaging
- Train agronomists on effective AgZone FIELD adoption

Requirements:

- Six to nine years of relevant progressively responsible experience
- Five years of field agronomy experience preferred within that background
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science required
- Master of Science degree preferred
- CCA or PAg designation considered an asset
