This senior-level role owns technical decisions and projects across design, launch, and on-call. You will build highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Your work supports LLM gateways, agent runtimes, evaluation services, identity, routing, caching, and failover controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design gateway, runtime, and evaluation services for production AI workloads
- Plan projects and own decisions from design through launch
- Build identity, quota, routing, caching, and failover controls
- Monitor systems through metrics, alerts, runbooks, and on-call




- Mentor engineers and improve design, coding, and testing practices

Requirements:

- Four or more years designing backend systems at scale
- Experience with Python or Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
- Production experience with LLMs, agents, or AI frameworks
- Equivalent practical experience or a related Bachelor’s degree
- Solid written and verbal communication for global collaboration
