Rosebud Centre of the Arts seeks an Executive Director to lead a faith-based arts and education organization in rural Alberta. You will report to the Board, manage a staff of 20 full-time and up to 50 part time personnel, and guide operations to fulfill the Centre’s mission.
The role requires a servant leader with strong opinions and the ability to facilitate group wisdom, plus skills in budgeting, marketing, and fundraising to support programs and community impact.
