The Practice Physician-led family practice with 12 exam rooms, part of a small Ottawa group with three sister clinics. Built-in patient base left by the previous practice on site, with the clinic ready to advertise actively once new GPs are confirmed.

Full control over appointment length, from 5 to 20 minutes, and a hands-off approach to clinical style.

Broad family medicine, including walk-in and acute care, paediatrics, women's and men's health and chronic disease management.

The group has recently welcomed a UK-trained GP (MRCGP) at one of its sister clinics. Benefits Estimated earning potential of C$350,000-C$450,000+ (approx. £190,000-£245,000) a year, full-time. 75% fee split on OHIP FFS billings, so earnings rise directly with patient volume.

Robust demand from day one, with a minimum of 30 patients a day and scope to go higher. Evening and Saturday sessions already running, giving scope for extra billings.

Location Overview

Manotick is a heritage village of around 7,300 people on the Rideau River, part of the City of Ottawa and 25-30 minutes' drive from downtown. Life here centres on the river, with boating, kayaking and fishing on the doorstep, the riverside Prince of Wales cycling route running around 30 km into Ottawa, and golf and polo clubs locally. - MRCGP or equivalent qualifications
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
