As Associate Director, you will guide investor-owned utility and energy provider engagements from problem definition through implementation. Apply research, modeling, and client communication across business, technology, and customer transformation. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic consulting engagements for utilities and energy providers
- Develop client-ready insights through research, analysis, and modeling

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree plus seven years of relevant experience
- Or master's degree plus five years of relevant experience
- Energy or utilities consulting experience, excluding oil and gas
- Understanding of utility business models and regulatory environments
- Ability to travel, work hybrid, and reside in Canada
