Actalent seeks a Senior Systems Engineer supporting high-fidelity simulated training environments for Canadian military vehicle crews. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, and subcontractors while shaping facilities, software, manufactured simulators, and integration laboratories. The work demands full-lifecycle systems engineering across regulated defence systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own requirements across customers, teams, and subcontractors
- Lead architecture, interfaces, integration, verification, validation, and testing
- Produce specifications, ICDs, SOWs, and test plans
- Manage supplier engineering, compliance, risks,



opportunities, and performance
- Mentor engineers and support formal engineering reviews

Requirements:

- 10+ years of full-lifecycle systems engineering experience
- DOORS or equivalent requirements management with traceability
- Customer-facing supplier and subcontractor technical leadership
- Defence, simulation, military vehicle, or regulated-system experience
- Controlled Goods eligibility and Government of Canada clearance eligibility
