As a Network Operations Specialist, you will support the Network Operations Center at the new St. Paul’s Hospital. Your work includes network performance monitoring, Linux fundamentals, incident triage, and operational documentation. You will help maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing systems for clinicians, researchers, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network infrastructure, platforms, applications, availability, and security
- Identify anomalies, service degradation, and potential disruptions
- Triage incidents, determine severity, and implement corrective actions




- Coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors

Requirements:
