As an Agentic Architect, you will guide architectural strategies, technical decisions, and enterprise implementations. You will help transform emerging agentic capabilities into reliable solutions while remaining hands-on with the technology. The work spans experimentation, reusable tools, and client delivery across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess engineering practices and define agentic improvement architectures
- Modernize standards for agents, skills, harnesses, observability, and scaling
- Design, develop, and scale Software Factories
- Translate business challenges into pragmatic enterprise solutions




- Guide reliable, secure, scalable agentic AI implementations

Requirements:

- Typically 10+ years in software development and architecture
- Experience designing complex distributed or enterprise-scale systems
- Hands-on experience deploying agentic engineering solutions
- Knowledge of LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, and tool calling
- Qualified communication skills in French and English
