As a Principal Consultant, you will improve steady-state operations beyond break/fix issues. You will critique CTRM systems, understand commodity markets, and support seamless client progress. The work includes technical solutions, customizations, software design, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create or maintain CTRM technical solutions
- Design customizations according to client specifications
- Contribute to Object Oriented system designs
- Ensure scalable, robust, maintainable software design
- Participate in test case validation

Requirements:

- 15+ years within CTRM or ETRM systems
- Robust crude, NGLs, or refined products knowledge
- Understanding of supply chains and commodity lifecycles
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Experience training and enabling junior team members
