Shape individualized ABA programs at Bierman Autism Centers using clinical judgment, caregiver collaboration, and behavior analysis expertise. Full-time center hours run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will oversee assigned clients and behavior technicians while maintaining ethical, individualized programming. The work includes treatment plans, progress reports, assessments, parent training, and programming oversight. You will also document activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement treatment plans for assigned clients
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for ABA programs
- Lead behavior technicians and oversee assigned supervision hours




- Provide caregiver training and collaboration sessions
- Maintain programming integrity across center and community settings

Requirements:

- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Licensure in states of practice where applicable
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test
- Solid organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CentralReach, Tableau, or related technology
