As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee commercial, institutional, and hospitality builds typically valued at $10–18M. The position manages financial performance, contractual compliance, suppliers, contractors, schedules, and client expectations. You will coordinate with site leadership, estimating, finance, safety, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead high-value commercial, institutional, and hospitality construction projects
- Control budgets, forecasts, schedules, milestones, and contractual compliance

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of progressive commercial construction experience

- Advanced project controls, cost management, and change-order knowledge
- College diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent construction experience
