This management role oversees end-to-end contract lifecycles, including governance, compliance, performance management, amendments, renewals, and terminations. You will support strategic objectives and regulatory requirements while managing complex commercial agreements. The work involves Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Tax, Commercial Operations, developers, government agencies, and Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Renewable Gas supply agreement lifecycle management
- Enhance centralized governance and agreement management processes
- Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and regulatory risks




- Resolve complex contractual and compliance matters
- Provide regulatory support and contract subject matter expertise

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or relevant field
- Three to five years’ contract management experience
- Energy or infrastructure sector experience
- Expertise negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Solid communication, analysis, and financial acumen
