The role will also support an e-sourcing RFSQ pilot, helping improve procurement processes and establish sourcing vehicles that enable more effective technology service delivery.

- RFx Development: Develop and execute sourcing documents, including scopes of work, technical requirements, supplier questions, evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, and award‑route recommendations.
- Vendor Prequalification: Establish fit‑for‑purpose sourcing vehicles to prequalify vendors across IT services, infrastructure, software, and technology‑related professional services.
- RFSQ and E‑Sourcing Support: Support the RFSQ pilot by translating business, security, architecture, integration, and operational requirements into procurement‑ready content.
- Template Development: Adapt existing IT RFP evaluation workbooks and templates for use in RFSQs or other RFx processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and document opportunities to improve IT project processes from proposal through completion,
including the use of sourcing vehicles to accelerate delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with IT leadership, architecture, infrastructure, security, SCM, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain alignment.
- Technical and Commercial Alignment: Ensure sourcing documentation reflects business needs, technical requirements, procurement governance, vendor oversight, and service delivery objectives.
- Supplier Evaluation Support: Develop supplier qualification approaches and support technical due diligence, security and privacy reviews, demonstrations, and award‑route recommendations.
- Workplan Development: Prepare workshop outputs and workplans aligning business, technical, commercial, and contractual requirements across organizational initiatives.
