Lead arts education programming in Edmonton through creative planning, workshop coordination, and community engagement at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

The Arts and Community Engagement Specialist reports to the Executive Director while working alongside the Calgary specialist. You will oversee Jube School programming, manage budgets, communicate with artists and teachers, and support arts education initiatives. The work includes online and in-person delivery, facilitator training, applications, and educational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee online and in-person community engagement programming
- Create workshop schedules, preparation, and planning
- Facilitate Jube School programs and guide creative inquiry
- Train facilitators and document educational processes
- Present updates to the AJAS Board and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Fine Arts or Education
- Experience in arts administration
- Arts education experience strongly preferred
- Comfort speaking before student groups
- Technical delivery skills using Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms
