The Portfolio Real Estate Strategy Manager serves as a subject matter expert maximizing value from real assets. You will plan strategic projects involving sales, dispositions, and redevelopment. The work includes valuation, financial modeling, market analysis, and complex stakeholder management across public and private organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop portfolio optimization studies
- Evaluate development and sales opportunities across real estate assets
- Coordinate market studies, surveys, valuations, and consultant reviews
- Establish budgets supporting financial and strategic planning
- Report project status and planning to senior management
Requirements:
- 10+ years in real estate development or related investment activities
- Robust disposition, monetization, acquisition, and divestiture knowledge
- Experience with valuation, market analysis, and development economics
- Demonstrated complex transaction negotiation and financial modeling
- English required for English-speaking customer interactions
