This Maintenance Technician Team Lead coordinates daily maintenance activities and priorities. You will coach technicians, respond to breakdowns, and minimize operational downtime. The work requires automated-equipment experience, drawing interpretation, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues
- Respond to breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
- Coach, train, and support maintenance technicians
- Coordinate maintenance priorities and communicate equipment risks

Requirements:

- Ontario 433A Millwright certificate or equivalent experience
- Three to five years maintaining automated industrial equipment
- Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
