Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain financial reporting models and executive reporting packages.
- Perform financial analysis of P&L; statements, revenue metrics, and business performance indicators.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting and analysis for senior leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Leverage Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Improve data quality, controls, and reporting processes.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Work closely with finance business partners across multiple business units.
- The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis and advanced Excel skills with a continuous improvement mindset and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Must Have Requirement

- 3-5+ years of Financial Analysis and Reporting experience.
- Strong Financial Modeling experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, financial models, reporting tools, large datasets).
- Experience working with P&L; statements,



financial metrics, and management reporting.
- Experience creating, enhancing, or maintaining reporting models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have Skills

- Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Power Query.
- Power BI.
- Power Automate.
- Power Apps.
- SAP exposure.
- AI-enabled reporting or analytics tools.
- Alteryx exposure
