Lead construction operations across Ontario’s Algoma Region, managing pits, quarries, crushing, screening, and small civil projects full-time.

Ethier Sand & Gravel LTD. and Beamish Construction Inc. seek an experienced, results-driven Construction Manager. You will oversee multiple sites, crews, equipment, production, compliance, client relationships, and regional reporting. The position reports directly to the Vice-President while supporting sales, business development, budgeting, and profitability across business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations, schedules, crews, and equipment across regional sites
- Oversee aggregate extraction, processing, crushing, and screening targets
- Ensure MNRF, MTO, OHSA, and environmental compliance




- Estimate and manage small construction projects through invoicing
- Prepare operational, production, and financial reports for leadership

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ construction or aggregate operations experience
- Experience with pits, quarries, crushing, and screening operations
- Construction project management experience from estimation through completion
- Valid G class Driver’s License
- Solid safety, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
