This Accounts Manager or Outsourcing Manager position reports to a Partner within a Top15 UK Accountancy Firm. You will manage OMB and SME clients, prepare year-end accounts, review management accounts, and coordinate VAT and bookkeeping workflows. The role combines client delivery, staff management, and accounting oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review junior staff management accounts for Partner sign-off
- Prepare statutory year-end accounts for client portfolios
- Supervise and appraise three to four accounting staff
- Manage bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts workflows
- Liaise with tax and audit teams on year-end work

Requirements:

- Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant
- Comprehensive statutory and year-end accounts experience
- Management accounts and staff management experience
- Technically up to date with IFRS and IAS
- Degree education and cloud accounting knowledge advantageous
