As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support selecting and implementing a yard and charge management solution. The 12-month contract requires collaboration with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and operating companies. Your work will align business processes, architecture, cybersecurity needs, and long-term support planning. You will report to a Senior Project Manager within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify business problems, risks, opportunities, and desired outcomes
- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Maintain traceability from requirements through implementation
- Coordinate vendors,

- Develop testing, training, communication, and change materials

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of business analysis experience
- Experience with fleet, vehicle asset, or yard operations
- System implementation and data integration experience
- Waterfall familiarity; Agile experience is an asset
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint or Confluence proficiency
