Support learning technology across MCAP with Learning Management Systems and live video streaming expertise. This permanent full time role offers multiple locations.
As a Learning Technology Specialist, you will support Learning & Development and Single-Family lines of business. You will administer learning and knowledge systems, support technology training, and oversee projects. The work strengthens productivity, efficiency, business results, and customer experience through learning technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for training deliveries and Single-Family events
- Administer Learning Management and Knowledge Management Systems
- Oversee technology processes, procedures, and communications
- Liaise with vendors to resolve system problems
- Manage end-to-end learning technology projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of industry experience
- Two to three years of Learning and Development experience
- Two years of live video streaming experience
- Knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia, MadCap, or Cornerstone
- High School Diploma and strong analytical skills
