The Data Platform & Analytics Capability Lead will build, position, sell, and scale a new enterprise capability. You will evolve services for market demand, develop seller and partner networks, and maintain commercial relevance. The work combines consulting, business development, executive communication, and technical solution familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operationalize strategy and establish priorities for scalable execution
- Build internal partner networks and refine capability through feedback
- Qualify opportunities, shape scope, delivery, and commercial propositions




- Translate client data challenges into practical solutions and roadmaps
- Maintain alignment across opportunity shaping, delivery, and commitments

Requirements:

- Experience in consulting, architecture, or capability development
- Strong client advisory and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with business development, presales, or solution shaping
- Knowledge of enterprise data, analytics, governance, and cloud platforms
- Working knowledge of Azure, Fabric, and Databricks
