- Supervise shop personnel under the collective agreement
- Conduct safety meetings, audits, toolbox talks, and investigations

Requirements:

- Technical college diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Five to ten years supervisory manufacturing experience
- Ability to build teams and reduce costs
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency
