Lead trauma-informed youth care in Lac La Biche as a Program Supervisor, using team leadership and crisis prevention skills. This is a full time position.

The Alberta Public Service seeks a Program Supervisor for Lac la Biche Youth Centre. You will guide care programs serving youth aged 11–17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs. The role emphasizes therapeutic interventions, case management, care planning, and collaborative service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and train staff on legislation, mandates, and agency policies
- Oversee case management, care planning, and service delivery
- Supervise therapeutic interventions and multidisciplinary programming
- Manage quality control and operational decisions across care programs




- Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and risk assessments

Requirements:

- Related diploma and four years progressively responsible related experience
- Or related degree and two years related experience
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities applicable to clients
- Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and change management skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
