Lead QSHE governance at Kuehne+Nagel’s Montreal-Nord site, applying ISO standards, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across Contract Logistics operations.

As Local QSHE Manager, you will implement and continuously improve the Integrated Management System across assigned business units. The position covers quality, security, health and safety, environmental, and Dangerous Goods programs. You will influence operations as a governance lead and business partner without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead management reviews and track performance and action plans
- Maintain IMS documentation, SOPs, training matrices, and traceability
- Manage CAPA, TIP programs, complaints, and non-conformances
- Support internal, customer, regulatory,



and certification audits
- Oversee Dangerous Goods, safety, environmental, and continuity programs

Requirements:

- Degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or Safety Engineering
- Three-plus years of progressive QSHE experience
- Three-plus years in a logistics distribution facility
- Knowledge of ISO, GxP, and TDG requirements
- French and English proficiency with Microsoft Office skills
