Support Swiss Instruments Limited customers in Mississauga with quotations, purchase orders, and precise product information in person on weekdays.

This full-time Inside Sales Representative supports customers and the sales team across legacy product lines. You will manage inquiries, quotations, orders, and fulfilment coordination involving precision equipment, microblasting products, machine-tool accessories, and lubricants. The schedule is 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Clarify requirements, part numbers, quantities, and product details
- Prepare, issue, and revise product quotations
- Review purchase orders against quotations and delivery details
- Coordinate order status, shipping, and expected delivery dates

Requirements:

- At least three years’ preferred relevant work experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and customer focus
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, order-processing systems, and Zoho CRM
- Organizational, follow-up, time-management, and problem-solving skills
