This full time position works closely with an Inside Channel Sales Representative in a defined territory. You will support pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales technical matters. The work requires networking knowledge, security technologies, technical support coordination, and strong presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint
- Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls
- Explain features, specifications, functionality, and integration
- Resolve customer technical issues with technical support
- Provide post-sales training to identified customers

Requirements:

- Three years of technical or pre-sales support experience
- Three years administering LAN, WAN, or Internet services
- Understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP
- Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, and network security
- Excellent presentation skills and relevant degree or equivalent
