As Health and Safety Manager, you will provide strategic direction, governance, and hands-on leadership across Canadian divisions. You will standardize programs, advise senior leadership, oversee risks and incidents, and support division-level safety personnel. The work spans field safety, training, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational health and safety
- Minimum eight years of progressive health and safety experience
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with risk assessments, audits, and investigations
- CRSP, CRST, CHSC, or relevant designation considered an asset
