Lead theatre venue operations across Calgary and Edmonton, applying venue management, occupational health and safety, and financial oversight expertise.

As Operations Manager, you will support high-quality services at Northern and Southern Jubilee Auditoria. Working independently, you will oversee venue management, operational finances, human resources, emergency planning, and theatre technical operations. The role reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish consistent operational approaches across both auditoria
- Develop and monitor capital, operations, and maintenance budgets
- Oversee occupational health and safety requirements
- Manage the Facility Emergency Response Plan
- Oversee theatre technical and building management matters

Requirements:

- Related university degree and four years’ directly related experience
- Experience in theatrical venue management
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong written, verbal, and relationship management skills
