Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Divisional Controller manages daily and ongoing financial functions for the Skydevco Portfolio. The position requires robust accounting knowledge, financial leadership, and practical business judgment. Your work supports reporting, decisions, and organizational financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct accounting operations for the Skydevco Portfolio
- Consolidate financial data for managed properties
- Perform cash flow analysis and cash management
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process
- Develop policies, procedures, forms, and manuals

Requirements:

- CPA designation is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- At least eight years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of forecasting, budgets, tax filing, and amortization
