Base salary: Commencing at $145,000 commensurate with skills and experience

Job Summary

We are seeking two associates to join our Litigation team in Vancouver: One with three to five years of litigation experience and one with four to six years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will have demonstrated interest in commercial, securities and family litigation, and a desire to develop their practice in these areas.

The litigation group acts and advises in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including:

- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Securities litigation and enforcement proceedings
- Regulatory matters
- Estate and family disputes
- Real estate and construction disputes

Our lawyers routinely appear before all levels of court, arbitration tribunals and regulatory bodies in British Columbia and other jurisdictions.



Associates work closely with senior counsel and are given substantive responsibilities on their files.

Qualifications include:

- Either a minimum of three to five years or four to six years of litigation experience, depending on position
- Experience in commercial, securities or family litigation and a commitment to practicing in these areas
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively
- A strong work ethic and a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
