Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Lodge 5 Chronic Care in Winnipeg on a 0.70 FTE, in-person basis. The role supports residents with chronic illness and geriatric needs, within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an approved LPN program with active registration in Manitoba and solid communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills to provide high-quality care in a demanding environment.
