Bilingual English and French Field Capability Manager based in Mississauga, Ontario, leads training, onboarding, and performance improvement for Canada’s national field team.

At Brand Momentum, this manager supports Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. and its smoke-free products and vaping business. Working with RBH’s Commercial Capability Development team and field leaders, the role identifies needs, develops resources, and strengthens coaching. Hybrid work and national travel are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver bilingual virtual and in-person training across Canada
- Support onboarding and reinforce product and operational knowledge
- Adapt materials into presentations, job aids, and modules
- Develop national learning plans addressing skill and knowledge gaps




- Coach field leaders through store visits and ride-alongs

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Five-plus years in training, learning, sales enablement, or field operations
- Experience developing materials and assessing training needs
- Solid presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationally across Canadian time zones
