This Maintenance Mechanic maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs processing and packaging equipment. The position performs and documents preventive maintenance within a GMP/GDP workplace. Responsibilities include equipment records, work orders, spare-parts accounting, production changeovers, and staff training. Knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics supports timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service processing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on packaging lines and equipment
- Document work orders, parts usage, labor, and maintenance activities




- Support changeovers, setups, and production staff equipment training
- Uphold GMP, GDP, WHMIS, MSDS, and safety requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ manufacturing experience
- Required welding license and previous fabrication experience
- Post-secondary education and English communication skills
- Knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Industrial Millwright, Machinist, or Welding Fabrication license
