As Lumber Manager, you will guide team members through coaching, performance management, talent development, and succession planning. You will build contractor relationships, manage operating plans, and support merchandising, buying, inventory, and pricing strategies. The position also requires safety leadership, customer focus, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members
- Build strong relationships with local contractors
- Develop and achieve operating plans and budgets
- Maintain merchandising, marketing, community image,



and brand standards
- Execute buying, inventory, and pricing strategies

Requirements:

- Experience with lumber and construction is an asset
- Robust estimating knowledge and technical experience
- Demonstrated supervisory and delegation experience
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
